About Aimee

Aimee Rego is a photographer and graphic designer with over 25 years of experience producing creative and inspiring images. Originally from Mumbai, she majored in photography and went on to work in the advertising industry as an Art Director before relocating to the UK with her family in 2004.

Her bold, black & white photographs use carved portals and latticed windows to frame and layer over distant views, a style that has been well received in London, where she has exhibited her work.

Aimee’s many years behind the camera have honed an ability to capture an extraordinary frame in an ordinary scene. This skill is reflected in her works from places around the world.

She is currently focused on black & white portraiture of children and families. Her use of natural light and settings distinguishes her work and produces unique portraits, which reveal the subject’s character and personality.
